Shallow recessed light fixture for new construction. Thermally protected, shallow recessed housing. Fits 2 inch x 6 inch joist construction or other shallow plenum applications. Furnished with pre-installed adjustable bar hangers. Features adjustable socket mounting plate. Breakaway plaster frame provides remodel capability. Junction box is provided with (5) 1/2 inch conduit knockouts and 4 Romex knockouts with integral strain relief. 6-1/4 inch diameter and 6-3/8 inch ceiling opening. Fixture is UL (Underwriter's Laboratories) listed for through branch circuit wiring and damp location use.
